Week 2

Starting off even busier this week than last- if that's possible.

Tuesday: I spoke with Spec Ed support and Rehabilitation therapist last week. Introductions and observations with Occupational rehab therapist took place today - VS had writing and drawing evaluations with ORT and had given a tour of our sensory equipment options. Finished with a game of UNO to delight of VS. We have an IEP meeting the following week as well as our FIRST CA field trip.

Lesson's finished Social Studies lesson on rural & urban communities - great timing as VS took 3-day trip to rural this weekend. Breezed through the 3 assessments this am as well as a Language arts lesson - hidden amongst the Social Studies -sneaky me!

2 hours - rehab appt and demo of sensory toys then social studies and a short round of Wii bowling skill builder
out to lunch for VSS first day of school
2 hours of intro cursive writing, reading/spelling
mental break - favorite TV shows on PBS, Webkinz
dinner
30 minutes of reading, math work sheets
1 hour of writing spelling words
